Berry Blast

Do you love berries as much as us? They add the perfect sweetness to any smoothie, and it’s easy to keep some on hand in the freezer!


1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 banana, frozen or fresh

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Super Smoothie

From the book Fiber Fueled. Chocolate AND peanut butter. Need we say more?

1 frozen banana

⅛ cup cocoa powder

⅛ cup peanut butter

1 T hemp seeds

1.5 cups almond milk

1 T maple syrup or 1 date

Handful of ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Get Your Greens Smoothie

Green smoothies are the perfect way to sneak some spinach or kale into your breakfast!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup frozen strawberries or blueberries

1 frozen banana

1-2 large handfuls of fresh spinach

½-1 teaspoon ground ginger

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
